To unlock the full potential of their paid search strategy, we implemented a bespoke Google Search Campaign with a Smart Bidding strategy tailored to drive conversions at a lower CPA.
We segmented the campaign into distinct ad groups based on service and location, ensuring each group could be optimised independently for performance. These ad groups included:

This granular structure enabled us to deliver more relevant ads to users based on their specific search intent, increasing both the effectiveness and efficiency of the campaign. Within the first month of launching the new campaign structure, the improvements were both immediate and measurable:
CPA reduced to £10.46, down from £18 - a 41.9% decrease
Conversion rate rose to 9.02%, up from 8.74%
37 conversions delivered, an increase from 34
Click-through rate (CTR) increased to 8.96%, up from 2.33%
Ad spend decreased to £387.15, down from £564.73
These results demonstrate that we not only improved performance metrics across the board but also delivered greater efficiency by lowering overall spend.
